APPYGARDEN RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Appygarden, we want you to love your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Please note: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds after 14 days unless the item is defective.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- It must be in its original packaging
- A proof of purchase is required for all returns and replacements
How Refunds Work
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
Still waiting on your refund? Here’s what to do:
- Check your bank account – it can take a few days to reflect
- Contact your credit card company – they may have their own processing delays
- If you've done the above and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at info@appygarden.com
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged during delivery. If this is the case, please email us at info@appygarden.com to begin the exchange process.
How to Return a Product
- To return your item, contact us at info@appygarden.com for the return address and further instructions.
- Return shipping is at your own cost
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance – we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item
