We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange unless the product is defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that proof of purchase is required for all refunds and replacements.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, as often there is some processing time before a refund is posted into your account.

Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please  us at: info@appygarden.com.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to claim an exchange, first send us an email at info@appygarden.com.

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, please email us at: info@appygarden.com to  provide you the ship to address.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you receive one. Depending on your location, it may take some time for you to receive your exchanged product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning a product. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
